This week 10O2 welcomed Fr Martin Morris to celebrate Mass on the Fourth Wednesday of Lent.

Today's Gospel was the 'Authority of the Son'. In his homily, Fr Martin spoke to the boys about two incredible sentences from the Gospel; 'I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes in the one who sent me has eternal life' and 'I say to you, the hour is coming and is now here
when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.'
Fr Martin told the boys how no one in history had ever said these words and likened them to CS Lewis' famous argument that once you hear the words of Jesus you either believe he is a mad man, or, you accept him as the Son of God- there is no middle ground.

Many thanks go to today's Readers, Junior, Jake and Mason; Tom who served the altar; also Harry and Connor who brought forward the gifts.
