Year 7 received numerous positive comments from members of the public
On Thursday 22nd September Year 7 pupils enjoyed the opportunity to visit Beamish Living Museum. The boys engaged in a wide range of activities from experiencing a Victorian lesson in the school, to a One Spark session in the chapel learning about the dangers and the science behind mining disasters.
A pupil in 7A2 said
I enjoyed the Victorian lesson and visiting the town seeing how people used to live.
Another pupil said
I am really enjoying the peace of the countryside, I might move to the country when I am older.
During the trip, the Year 7s behaviour and engagement was exemplary with many members of the public stopping teaching staff to compliment them throughout the day.
