In order to offer extra pastoral support to our pupils and students ahead of the half term break, we will be hosting a 'Wellbeing Week' from Monday 8th- Friday 12th.
Your son’s original House form tutor will be delivering sessions from 8.40am-9.00am Monday to Thursday and Heads of House will hold an assembly on Friday at the same time. The daily themes are:
Monday: Sleep
Tuesday: Anxiety
Wednesday: Exercise
Thursday: Mindfulness
Friday: Togetherness and community
